Pepeliaev Group advises that a number of amendments have been introduced in legislation which are aimed at optimising procedures for the procurement of goods, work and services to provide for municipal and state needs, as well as state control procedures.

Pepeliaev Group advises that the decision of the State Commercial Court of the Kirov Region dated 3 March 2022 in case No. A28-11930/21 has been published. This decision denied protection of an exclusive right of a foreign entity due to its originating from a country that was included in the list of ‘hostile countries’.

Pepeliaev Group advises that Federal Law No. 46 dated 8 March 2022 came into force on 8 March 2022. The specified federal law amends, among other things, the regulation of purchases of medicines and medical devices.
