Pepeliaev Group’s experts participated in the conference “No more nominees” held by RBC on 9 November in Moscow. 

The lawyers from Pepeliaev Group’s Customs and Foreign Trade Regulation Practice successfully defended one of the major manufacturers of plastic windows - REHAU - in a project that involved challenging decisions of the Federal Customs Service. The essence of the dispute was the classification of imported REHAU goods. 

Pepeliaev Group’s Antitrust Practice’s experts participated in the conference titled Antitrust Law in Russia. The event was held on 27 October by the Russian business daily Vedomosti in partnership with the Competition Experts Association and with the support the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service.

During Pepeliaev Group’s latest business mission to China, a business breakfast “Russia: opportunities for Chinese corporate business” was held. The event was organised with the support of FinanceAsia, an authoritative business media outlet. Pepeliaev Group has been actively exploring the continental part of China for over four years. However, this is the first event the firm has organised in Hong Kong.

A seminar was held for Chinese businesses on 2 November in Guangzhou. It was arranged during the most recent business mission of delegates from Pepeliaev Group to China. The event was held with the support of the Russian Consulate General in Guangzhou and Russia's Trade Mission in China, as well as the Guangdong Chamber of Commerce and the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce.
