Pepeliaev Group adds Lead Associates to key practice groups

In March 2011, Pepeliaev Group has strengthened two of its key practice areas by appointing Lead Associates. Yulia Litovtseva is a Lead Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Mediation Practice, having previously worked as a Judge in the Kaluga Region Arbitration Court. Ilya Mazurov a Lead Associate in the Land Law, Real Estate and Construction Practice. He was previously an associate with CMS International B.V.

Current trends of the Russian real estate market at MIPIM 2011 “A significant growth in asset and property transactions compared with transactions with shares or participation interest against a backdrop of more severe judicial and administrative decisions,” – this is how Pepeliaev Group Partner Vladimir Sokov characterised the most recent trends in the market at the annual international real estate investment convention MIPIM-2011.
