Where Pepeliaev Group won in 2020 Before the year draws to a close, we would like to recall and share with you the projects that were the most interesting and important for Pepeliaev Group, all the more so since this year was far from easy for all of us. Taking into account the specifics of clients’ business processes and the legal nuances of the tasks at hand, Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers working in Legal Support for the Digital Economy configure nlogic’s solution for each particular user. The project team analyses the client’s documents, identifies the stages and areas of business processes where nlogic’s solution can be applied, marks up the documents, configures the templates and performs other tasks so that the client can receive a measurable economic effect of automation.

The lawyers of Pepeliaev Group will provide legal assistance to a client in connection with the creation of an industrial park further to Korean-Russian economic collaboration in Primorye Territory. The lawyers of Pepeliaev Group's Far East Office will provide legal assistance to Shin & Kim - LH Corporation in connection with the implementation of a new project which is unique to the Far East of Russia: the creation of an industrial park, known as the Korea Industrial Park ("KIP"), further to Korean-Russian economic collaboration in Primorye Territory. The Nadezhdinskaya priority development area has been designated as the place where the KIP will be located. The project provides for the investment activities of Korean companies planning to obtain the status of a resident of this priority development area.  

Pepeliaev Group presents ICLG’s cross-border guide to real estate Lawyers from Pepeliaev Group’s Real Estate and Construction Practice have prepared the Russian part of the cross-border guide to real estate: The International Comparative Legal Guide - Real Estate 2021. The chapter is authored by partner Alexey Konevsky and by Pavel Konstantinov, a junior associate in the Real Estate and Construction Practice.

The Tax Pharmclub has held a meeting at Pepeliaev Group Pepeliaev Group together with representatives of business have held a scheduled meeting of the Tax Pharmclub. The meeting was attended by more than 50 tax and legal professionals working for pharmaceutical companies. The club meeting was held online on 3 December.
