Sergey Pepeliaev has become a member of the new Council for the Development of the Arbitration Process Sergey Pepeliaev, Managing Partner of Pepeliaev Group, has accepted an invitation to become a member of the new Council for the Development of the Arbitration Process. The Council for the Development of the Arbitration Process was created in accordance with the Federal Law “On arbitration (arbitration proceedings) in the Russian Federation” and carries out its activities in accordance with an Order of the Russian Ministry of Justice.

Elena Sokolovskaya spoke at the Antimonopoly Forum held by the Russian Corporate Counsel Association On 26 March, the Non-profit Partnership Corporate Counsel Association held its annual Antimonopoly Forum titled “A robust economy = robust competition” supported by the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (“FAS”) and the Eurasian Economic Commission. Elena Sokolovskaya, a partner at Pepeliaev Group, opened the session dedicated to hot topics in cross-border trade. She spoke about the territory-based division of product supplies being an admissible strategy and also outlined the principal ways in which the FAS and the Eurasian Economic Commission tend to approach the matter.

Elena Sokolovskaya, a Partner at Pepeliaev Group, moderated the session “Collective dominance: guilty without fault?”

Valentina Orlova is again a leader in the Chambers Global 2021 individual ratings in IP Law firm Pepeliaev Group has retained its high positions in the Chambers Global independent international ratings. Valentina Orlova, the Head of the Intellectual Property and Trademarks Practice, has again been included in Band 1 of the individual ratings in IP.
