Legal support during inspections conducted by state authorities Prepared a list of audits conducted by state and municipal authorities during the Olympic Games in Sochi, including an analysis of possible legislative prohibitions on advertising during the competitions. We also advised on the legal aspects of purchasing tickets for the event.

Transaction structuring Divestment of its shareholding in Commercial Bank UNIFIN. Structuring a transaction on sale of a majority stake in the bank by UFG to the group of private investors.  

Due Diligence and structuring the transaction Legal support of the largest Scandinavian transport and logistics company in connection with the alleged acquisition of transport and logistics business in St. Petersburg, including the implementation of due diligence of the acquired company and deal structuring.

Consulting Advised a foreign FMCG company regarding intellectual property in connection with the client entering the Russian market. The advice included recommendations on how to structure contractual relationships in Russia, recommendations regarding the protection of IP rights including in relation to adding the client's trademarks to the applicable customs registers, etc. 

Due Diligence Carried out due diligence of a large set of patents relating to inventions for electrical machinery and technology of a major plant in Russia that was to be acquired by a foreign investor. 

Franchise agreement We drafted a franchise agreement on behalf of a major restaurant business company to widen its franchise.
