Advised on how to structure the employment of foreign employees hired by a processing company including in the timber industry as well as on receiving quotas and permits to hire foreign employees and work permits for foreign employees and drafting the permission documentation.
Migration legislation and representing clients before state authorities
Successfully represented several global financial and credit groups in administrative court proceedings concerning violations of migration rules. Performed an audit of migration compliance and implemented a system of internal migration control.

For several telecommunication companies, successfully resolved complex labour disputes at the pre-trial stage and during court proceedings.
Working with trade unions
Provided legal support to several leading car manufacturers in negotiations with trade unions, which were supported by representatives of the Association of Trade Unions. We focused on avoiding the abuse of rights by trade unions and applying the employment legislation and legislation on trade unions.
Staff optimising and restructuring
Legal support was provided to several international FMCG producers throughout the process of terminating the employment of its staff owing to their business being restructured. We succeed in achieving the optimum acceptable outcome for terminating the employment contracts, avoiding reputational risk to the client.
An employee dismissal case
Represented a Russian branch of of the largest home appliances manufacturer in Europe in 2 legal proceedings connected with a regional sales manager being dismissed by reason of redundancy. The lawyers managed to prove in the court of appeal that the employer was right, even though there were a number of defects in its documents. After the first legal proceedings were completed, the employee filed a new claim; however, we also succeeded here in defending the employer's position. Our support helped the client to complete the redundancy procedure and to finally terminate the relationship with the employee in conflict
