The Russian President has signed a number of laws, including on simplifying the procurement procedure for Russian products, on specific aspects of regulating corporate relationships in economically significant companies and on establishing differentiated fines for obstructing anti-cartel inspections.
A procedure has been introduced for issuing permissions regarding transactions that involve exclusive rights being acquired from persons from unfriendly states; the police have lost the power to instigate cases based on certain offences; administrative liability can be lifted if a person fulfils an agreement with a public authority.

Liability can be toughened for non-notification of the start of activity; it has been determined how carriers and consignors should work with electronic documents; parties to foreign trade will be able to file complaints via the One Window system.
