Andrey Mikulin, Head of the Sakhalin Office of Pepeliaev Group, has been appointed head of the office of the Far Eastern Division of the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (“RUIE”) in Sakhalin Region. Natalia Prisekina, Head of the Far East Office of Pepeliaev Group and of the Far Eastern Division of the Arbitration Centre at the RUIE, has been included in the panel of arbitrators for international and investment disputes of the Arbitration Centre at the RUIE.

Online trade is capturing ever more markets and industries. This is primarily true for digital aggregators and platforms which, in the absence of stringent restrictions, can create additional obstacles for businesses, impose conditions on contracting parties and exert pressure on consumers.
